Studio365 Mobile Broadcast App

New Mobile App Product

The Challenge

Broadcasters asked for features and tools that would enable them to easily add content to their stations. We’ve created multiple products to meet these demands such as Easy Uploader, Studio365 Live, Studio365 Desktop App, and Studio365 Mobile Broadcasts App.

 

The Process

The process started by collecting feedback from a small number of broadcasters (discovery phase). User feedback were conducted through online questionnaires. Usability tests with a small group of broadcasters were conducted during the development cycle. I created the storyboards, concept drawings, workflows and wireframes. All my work were constantly reviewed and analyzed by multiple teams. When high fidelity designs were approved, all media assets were sent to the engineering team so that development can begin.

The Solution

The final product was a result of a true collaboration by different teams–business and customer support team initially driving the need finding (discovery phase), project managers and engineers laying out the requirements, me creating the concept wireframes and low fidelity design and workflows, and the design team providing the final high fidelity designs to the app.

Studio365 Mobile App not only met but exceeded users expectations.
